Lund SCC - Cell and Gene Therapy Core
The aim of the Cell and Gene Therapy Core is to support scientific excellence by providing state-of-the-art services and tools related to cell and gene therapy research.
Our services include; custom designed human iPS gene-edits (transgenes and SNP modifications), gene-editing design and trouble-shooting, iPS reprogramming from skin and blood cells using non-integrating methods, iPS and gene-editing , plasmid design and construction, AAV and lentiviral production, teaching and consulting.
The Cell and Gene Therapy Core is located at the Lund Stem Cell Centre at Lund University in Sweden.
